Erin currently serves on the acting faculty of The National Musical Theatre Institute at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center, teaching musical theatre performance as well as mentoring the advanced directors. At New York University, she teaches Directing for Designers at the Tisch Studio for Production and Design. At Steps on Broadway, she teaches Acting to the advanced dancers in the Conservatory Program. She is the creative consultant for the BFA Musical Theatre Program at Point Park University, supporting the graduating seniors in preparing for their New York Industry Showcase. Erin is a frequent teaching artist for Broadway Classroom and has a thriving private acting studio in Manhattan. She is a proud member of The Drama Club, a non-profit organization which provides theatre programming to incarcerated youths throughout the New York City area.

For five years Erin served on the acting faculty at New York University. Additional teaching credits include The Powerhouse Theatre at Vassar College, The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, The Performing Arts Project, Next Step Preparatory School, The Senior Conservatory at The Paper Mill Playhouse, Grandstreet Theatre School Teen Conservatory, The Play Group Theatre, and co-founder of The Wide Awake Theatre project.
